Order, installation procedure and notice : |

Submit the LabTool-48UXP self-test report file to us to test the serial number of customer's LabTool-48UXP. |

Place the LabTool-48UXP Vista driver order. |

3. |
We will issue a temporary S/W link path to customer by email. Customer has to download the Vista driver within 3 days. |

4. |
The Vista driver will recognize the unit by the serial number submitted in the self-test file. Each driver gets two years update service from our web. |

Two years later, customer needs to order the next two years SW update service with same procedure. |

6. |
Customer has to keep the last version of LabTool-48UXP Vista driver if customer does not want to purchase the new Vista driver. |

The LabTool-48UXP driver which supports Win 98, Win 2000, Win XP will be still available and update on web free of charge. |

What will happen after my Vista S/W update service expired? |

You need to order a new two year S/W update service again if you want continuously to get the Vista S/W update service. If you do not order the new Vista S/W update service, even you can download the latest S/W from our web, you can not execute the updated Vista S/W in your machine and you need to go back to old version Vista driver. Thus you need to keep your last LabTool-48XP/UXP Vista driver carefully. If you lost this old driver, your solution is to order a new update service. Or you need to change your OS to Win 2000 or Win XP. |
